By ordering a commission, the client accepts every point without exceptions.
When a commission is requested, I will send the entire process of the drawing if the client wants something changed.1. Payment MethodsI only accept the following payments:➵ WCUE gamepasses on Roblox
➵ Robux
➵ Discord Nitro (Classic or Full)All payments must be made before I begin the drawing.
I do not start anything until I have received full payment for my own security.2. RefundsIf I have already started the sketch or any part of the drawing, no refund will be offered.A full refund is only available if I have not started the drawing.If the client does not respond within 5 days, the commission is considered abandoned and is non-refundable.3. Changes and RevisionsEach drawing includes 1 free revision (small changes).Major changes (altering the pose, redesigning the character, redoing the drawing) come with an additional cost (5 Robux).I am not responsible for redoing an entire piece due to lack of clear initial instructions.4. Delivery TimeDelivery takes 2 to 10 days, depending on:➵ The complexity of the commission

➵ How many commissions I have in the queueDelays may occur, but I will always notify in advance.5. Usage RightsThe client has the right to use the drawing for:➵ Their avatar

➵ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission if there is bad behavior.
➵ If the commission is canceled after I have already started, NO refund will be provided.7. Not Allowed ContentI do not draw:➵ Explicit content
➵ Extreme gore
➵ Offensive or discriminatory content
➵ Characters that belong to someone else without permission8. Communication➵ Communication will be through Discord. My username is open for commissions (panwcuee).
➵ The client must stay attentive to approve the sketch or corrections.
➵ If the client does not respond, the delivery will pause until they responds.
